What happens when you call
There’s no script to prepare and nothing to decide before you dial. Here is how it usually goes.
You talk, we listen
Tell us what’s going on, for yourself or a loved one. Ask anything.
We check your coverage
We verify your insurance and do a short clinical assessment to find the right level of care.
You come in
When you’re ready, we help arrange admission, often the same day.
We stay with you
Aftercare planning and our alumni program keep you connected once treatment ends.
Care for every stage of recovery
Not sure which program fits? That’s what the call is for. Our admissions team will help you work it out.
Medical detox
Medically monitored detox so you can stop using drugs or alcohol safely and as comfortably as possible.
Residential treatment
Live on site in a calm, private setting with a personalized treatment plan and daily therapy.
Dual diagnosis
Mental health care alongside addiction treatment, so the reasons behind substance use are treated too.
Aftercare
A plan for life after treatment that keeps you connected to support as you return home.
A private, comfortable place to heal
Bright shared living spaces, home-style kitchens and quiet bedrooms. A setting built for rest, not a hospital ward.

Treatment that fits the person
Recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all. Everyone arrives with their own history, so every plan starts with you.
Our evidence-based programs are led by a compassionate clinical team that treats substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions together, with a holistic approach to mind, body and spirit.
At Singer Island Health, we aim to provide world-class healthcare with all comforts of a seaside resort.
In their words
Great place to decompress and get my life back on track. Amazing facilitators with a great admiration and focus on a clear message of recovery and hope. Extremely grateful for this life changing experience.
Singer Island has done so many great things for my family. My cousin called me for help last year and I knew some good friends that went to Singer Island so I had my cousin give them a call. Thank you Singer Island for everything.
The LIV program really sets this facility higher than the rest! It includes rock climbing, going to the beach to watch the sunrise, surfing and much much more!
Your insurance may cover treatment
We work with most private insurance plans. Call and we’ll check your benefits for you, confidentially, while you’re on the phone.

Questions people ask before calling
Does calling mean I have to come in?
No. The call and the assessment are free, and there’s no obligation to enter treatment. Many people call just to understand their options.
Is the call confidential?
Yes. You can speak privately with our admissions team about your situation and your insurance.
Can I call for someone else?
Yes. Many calls come from parents, partners and friends. We’ll talk you through how to help and what the next steps look like.
What if I’m not sure which substance or program applies to me?
Call anyway. You don’t need to know the right term or program. Our admissions team will listen and help you find the level of care that fits.
How much will treatment cost?
It depends on your insurance plan. We’ll verify your benefits on the call so you know where you stand before you decide anything. We do not accept Medicaid.
How long does treatment take?
Length of stay depends on your needs and your coverage. You’ll have a say in that decision with your clinical team.
What do I tell my employer?
You don’t have to tell your employer the reason you’re receiving treatment. You may be able to request medical leave under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
Can my family be involved?
Yes. Family members can take part in family therapy and support you throughout your stay and afterward.
